Where can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time on your personal account on our website at There you can select the item that you purchased and click the “track” feature, which will notify you about the status of your order.

We want you love your ANGELINA SWANN purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within seven (7) days for a full refund. If seven (7) days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns for products purchased on

Once your returned items are received and meet the standards listed in our refund policy, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days. If a product is not in its original state, the customer is responsible for paying to return products back to them.

Can I ask for an exchange?

How do I place an order?

1. Browse Our Product Catalog. You can find something specific by using our filters or the website’s internal search.

2. Get Product Information. On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description, and a composition of the item.

3. Place An Order. From the item page, select the desired product. Add the product to your shopping bag by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag. You will need to create an account or log in to finalize your order. Select a shipping and payment method and enter your shipping and payment details. Review to ensure that the information you entered is correct and click on “Purchase.”

Once your purchase has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed the order is final and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

When a customer places a mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items, the products will be dispatched at two different times, but the customer will be charged only once for the shipping fees.

Orders consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.

In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

Once a customer completes an order, we will ask your bank to verify the supplied details; the validity of your credit card will be confirmed through a payment authorization for the total amount of your pre-order value for 7 days. When the order will be ready for shipment, a new authorization will be processed on your credit card to validate the payment. However, you will be charged only once the package is being shipped.

ANGELINA SWANN gele are crafted from carefully selected materials weaved and dyed in-house by our experienced artisan team. In order to preserve the quality of your purchase over time, we recommend that you abide by the care instructions specified here.

Storing Your Gele:
We recommend storing your gele inside the ANGELINA SWANN signature dust bag and package provided with your purchase. Avoid any contact with water, perfume, or any abrasive substances.

Cleaning Your Gele:
If your gele needs cleaning, take a soft bristled brush or lint roller to remove hair or dust. When using a soft bristled brush, brush in small circular motions.
You may wipe small spots with a slightly damp white cloth. Do not use a cloth with dye, as the dye may transfer to the gele. For small stains we recommend using a felt sponge to clean the spot.

When will my credit card be charged?

What are the shipping methods and costs?

ANGELINA SWANN currently offers standard first class and priority mail shipping with the United States Postal Service. We do our best to process and ship your order within 72 hours of order receipt.

Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order?

For security reasons we cannot refund a card other than the one used for the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the item(s) have been received by the ANGELINA SWANN team.

Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. A confirmation will be sent to you by email once the refund has been completed.
